The Duchess of Sussex will be the star attraction at a women-only event in Sydney during a number of engagements in Australia.
Meghan will be interviewed on stage in April during her trip with the Duke of Sussex.
Her appearance was announced by Gemma O'Neill, host of the Her Best Life podcast, which is organising the 300-seat, $A2699-per-person event.
"I have admired this woman (Meghan) and what she has endured, how she's risen above it and how she has demonstrated how a woman can be pushed down and she can still rise," O'Neill said.
She described the three-day event at a beachside hotel as "the ultimate girls weekend", and said Meghan had contacted her after being put in touch by a mutual friend.
"I feel so flattered that she's effectively doing this as a favour because of our mutual friend," she said.
"She's doing it because she really loves what our community is about, which is women trying to grow, try to be their best selves and trying to help other women."
VIP tickets for the event from April 17 to 19 cost $A3199 and offer front-row seats at the gala dinner and a group photo with Meghan.
It is understood Harry and Meghan's children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, will not be going with them on the trip.
A spokesman for the couple said: "Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex, will visit Australia to take part in a number of private, business and philanthropic engagements.
"Further details will be shared in due course."
The Sussexes carried out an official royal tour to Australia in 2018, five months after their wedding, and Meghan's pregnancy with Prince Archie was announced shortly after their arrival.
The couple had a busy two-day trip to Jordan in February to learn more about the humanitarian effort to support the health and wellbeing of Syrians and Palestinians who have sought sanctuary in the country.
