Trump says Iran deal is imminent, media reports

US President Donald Trump plans ‌to issue a statement imminently confirming ‌that the US has agreed to ‌a deal with Iran, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Trump told the ‌Journal ‌the ⁠deal will either be ​signed electronically by himself or Vice President JD Vance.

Iran said on Saturday the signing ⁠would ‌not ​be on Sunday though it could ​happen in ‌the coming days.

Iran's Fars ​news agency, citing an informed source, said on Sunday ​Iran ​had ​not yet made ‌a final decision on the framework agreement, with reviews of its political, legal and ​technical aspects under way.
