Picola United’s A-grade stood up when it counted against Berrigan.

Picola came out of the break firing and had swung the game two goals in its favour by the final change.
In the desperate final seconds, the Blues managed to hold on for the 39-38 win.
Picola United’s third win of the season puts it on the brink of the top eight, the side currently held out on percentage by Waaia.
Those two squads will face off on June 7, after the Blues’ bye.
Mathoura v Tocumwal
Mathoura struggled to hold back one of the league’s better sides, comfortably downed by Tocumwal 53-16.
A consistent four-quarter effort saw the Bloods eight goals to the good by quarter-time, successfully extending their lead at every change.
The Cutters, now 0-7, remain one place off the bottom with a lead over Blighty on percentage.
The side will have another tough outing on its hands this Saturday as it takes on Katamatite (4-2).
