It’s all coming down to the 11th hour on the greens.
With the penultimate round of the Goulburn Valley Playing Area weekend pennant serving up another classic finish, the race for a finals spot in the top flight hangs in the balance.
Just one point separates fourth-placed Tatura-Hill Top from fifth-ranked Kyabram after the weekend’s action, and those two teams will meet in a bumper final round showdown.

Adams skipped his second rink to a titanic 25-8 victory over counterpart Ken Sutcliffe, offsetting Euroa’s commanding 27-18 result in the first set of ends.
Meanwhile, Kyabram has amends to make after the weekend’s loss.
The Bombers took on a Tallygaroopna side out for revenge following its previous loss to Euroa, and using that impetus, the Redlegs rolled back on course with a 14-84 to 4-72 triumph on the road.
Guy Madigan’s quartet landed a 14-shot advantage in the second rink over Rob George and co, fixing Tallygaroopna at the table’s head with only Shepparton Golf remaining any mathematical chance of shunting the Redlegs off the top.
Given the form Golf is in, never say never.
The Golfers trekked to East Shepparton to take on the Eagles on their own greens, and for the hosts, it wasn’t a homecoming party like that witnessed back in round four.
Shepparton Golf put the hammer down to clinch a 16-100 to 2-71 victory, taking three of the four sets of ends in a sweeping display.
John Gribble, Kristoffer Ferguson and Ant Flapper all saluted for the visitors while Kevin Cox’s four held strong for East Shepparton.
And in the final dose of action for round 13, Shepparton Park booked its spot for finals thanks to a mammoth 18-115 to 0-61 demolition job of Mooroopna, headlined by Paul Nichols’ 20-shot beating of Paul Warren.
