If you can’t get to Flemington for the 2025 Melbourne Cup, Echuca Racing Club has got you sorted with an exciting race day bonanza on the first Tuesday in November.
The Moama Bowling Club Melbourne Cup Day races is scheduled to start at 10.30am on Tuesday, November 4, the club will have a full slate of racing of its own as well as showing the $10 million Lexus Melbourne Cup at 3pm.
Off-track there will be plenty of events and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy such as the iconic fashions on the field competition, music from The Wildlings and free kids activities.
There is a range of ways to experience the excitement of the Melbourne Cup at Echuca, with general admission starting at $25 for adults and children 17-and-under getting free entry with an accompanying adult.
If you fancy a group experience, there are umbrella packages or private and corporate marquees on offer.

Attendees will be able to catch the live broadcast of the $10 million Lexus Melbourne Cup on the big screen.
Free shuttle buses will begin service at 10.30am, with pick up points in Echuca being opposite the Echuca Hotel and the Caledonian Hotel.
In Moama, pick-ups will be from the Border Inn and Moama Bowling Club.
Buses will operate throughout the day, with the last bus departing the racecourse at about 5.30pm.
Echuca track manager Jarratt Farley highlighted his and the rest of the club’s excitement for the event, which is one of three major race meets for the club over the spring and summer period.
“We’re looking at another really exciting day, bookings are quite strong currently, so that’s really good for us,” he said.
“We’ve got free activities, which we have every year and we’ve tried to increase them this time around to make it more of a family day.
“I enjoy just the atmosphere of the day, walking around the grounds, everywhere you go you can hear music and laughter.
“It's one of our biggest races in terms of attendance, so it’s heavily supported in the local region and by visitors, so it’ll be fantastic.
“Everyone’s ready to go, we have our three biggest race meetings over the next four or five months, so it’s a great time to be in and around the club.”
