Shepparton Highway Patrol is investigating a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on Friday night.
The incident happened on Macisaac Rd, Mooroopna, around 8.45pm on May 23.
Ambulance Victoria treated a 27-year-old Mooroopna man at the scene for upper body injuries before transporting him via ambulance to Goulburn Valley Health in a critical condition.
The female driver of the vehicle was not injured.
She stopped at the scene.
Investigations are ongoing.
