A woman has blown over the legal blood alcohol limit after a collision in Shepparton’s main street.

Police said a white Mazda SUV rear-ended a silver Mitsubishi SUV at the traffic lights at the intersection of Wyndham and High Sts at about 3pm on Thursday, November 6.

Both vehicles were travelling south.

Police attended the scene and performed a preliminary breath test, which saw the driver of the Mazda record a high range reading.

A 46-year-old Mooroopna woman had her licence suspended immediately and was fined.
