Former Australian Army Major James Greenshields was hit by a roadside bomb in Iraq.
He says the day it happened was the fourth-best day of his life, despite the resulting post-traumatic stress disorder it, among other incidents during his service, brought on.
Things got worse before they got better, but now, he helps communities and individuals heal from their own emotional trauma.
