It was third time lucky for thirteen debutants at the Yarrawonga College P-12 School Council Debutante Ball last Friday evening.
The ball was originally planned for May, 2020 but was postponed due to COVID restrictions and an uncertain year. It was then scheduled for May, 2021, but drama struck again just days before the deb was to be held as Victoria was forced into its fourth lockdown. The ball was then finally held on its new date last Friday, but only just. If it was on the Saturday, it may have been a different scenario with new NSW restrictions relating to dancing.
The debutants never gave up and thankfully on Friday ClubMulwala’s Anzac Lounge was transformed into a winter wonderland for a very successful ball.
