Police are investigating an aggravated burglary on a Mooroopna pub in the early hours of Friday, June 6.
Police said it was believed two unknown people forced entry to the Royal Mail Hotel on McLennan St about 1.50am.
An occupant of the pub called 000 while the people attempted to steal alcohol, police said.
The people fled the scene before police arrived.
It was not known if anything was stolen, police said.
Police are investigating the incident.
