Last days of the holidays

While some local schools have already gone back to the classroom this week, those attending schools in Deniliquin have had an extra week to enjoy the break.

Some have chosen to explore on their own, while others have been taking advantage of the structured school holiday programs offered by Intereach’s Outside of School Hours team.

Excursions, sports days and free play days in the Intereach Family Centre in Trickett St have all been on the agenda this week.

At the centre, the pool table, foosball table and the computers have been particular favourites among the youngsters, particularly with the warmer temperatures making outdoor play less desirable this week.
