With a hop, spring and perhaps even a boogie, the Girgarre Primary School community gathered for an (almost) end-of-term Easter celebration on Thursday, April 3.
On the schedule for the festivities was the all-important Easter hat parade, where students of all-year levels proudly paraded their neatly made hats for parents and teachers to see.
Next the kids turned their attention to the stereo and when the first note hit everyone was on their feet stamping away during the Easter dance party.
The festivities concluded with the most important event of all for sugar-obsessed kiddos: the Easter egg hunt.
It was four mini-eggs each for students who had to scour the school grounds in pursuit of these hot-ticket treats.
Journalist Jemma Jones was there to capture all the Easter festivities.
