Echuca Discoveries and Campaspe Shire Council’s Echuca library hosted a Biggest Morning Tea fundraiser supporting the Cancer Council.

The special event, on at Echuca library on May 2, saw community members come together to enjoy a cuppa and some sweet and savoury treats, all while raising $371 for a great cause.

Due to the generous contributions, organisers were also fortunate enough to be able to pay it forward, delivering treats to the Echuca Police Station and to Twin Rivers Specialist School.

Thursday, May 22, is the official date to host a Biggest Morning Tea; however, tea times can be hosted by individuals, community groups or businesses any time in May or June.

To get involved, register a morning tea today or donate at biggestmorningtea.com.au

Riv photographer Jordan Townrow headed along to the library for the fundraising morning tea.
