The Baddaginnie Jubilee Hall is set to host another popular exhibition.
Another unique button show has been organised by local artist Helen Pappas, who will showcase her masterpieces — intricately embroidered buttons.
Helen said the exhibition would also feature her printed notebook with 72 colour pictures of buttons, and 36 blank pages, which could be used as a diary for the next three years.
“At the same time, there will also be paintings by Leon Pappas and the Benalla Broken River Painters for sale,” she said.
The paintings and notebooks will be for sale, with only cash accepted.
The buttons are not for sale.
Entry will be by a gold coin donation, with proceeds going to the Baddaginnie Jubilee Hall.
“Your support will be much appreciated,” Helen said.
“At our last button and art show, some people were extra generous with their donations, which were greatly appreciated by Baddaginnie Community Inc.
“A big thank you to you all.”
The exhibition will take place on Saturday, May 24 from 10am to 3pm.
