Christmas giving with Rotary tree

Dean and Sharon (IGA Staff), Stacey Price (Rotary president) Roz Willett (conference president), and Sandra Drum (vice president) as the Rotary Christmas Giving Tree is launched at the IGA.

Members of the St Vincent de Paul and Rotary Club of Corowa have erected the annual Rotary Christmas Giving Tree at Waldron’s Fresh on the River – IGA Supermarket for 2025.

Residents can leave donations of non-perishable food items over the remaining weeks until Christmas, with the donations going to the local St Vincent de Paul Conference Christmas Hamper project.

Through the generous community support, conference members anticipate packing more than 80 pre-ordered hampers this year for collection Thursday, December 18.

The focus will again be on food products and all items left will be very much appreciated.

If you would like a hamper this year, you can place an order by calling Corowa Conference on 0417 119 820, Monday – Friday between 9 am – 4.30pm.

And for those of you who haven’t yet realised – it’s just 42 days until Christmas.
