Rotary Central Murray Sunrise has announced the winners of the annual Employee Excellence Awards.
More than 80 people attended the event at Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort and club president Leonie Orr said the nominees were of a very high calibre.
“Every single one of them had wonderful attributes,” Leonie said.
“The judging panel had difficult decisions to make when choosing this year's winners.”
The judges voted for each applicant in a unique series of categories, with a focus on enthusiasm, commitment, initiative and dedication to their studies and jobs.
Apprentice of the Year and Administration/Retail Award winners each took home a prize of $1,000 while the Trainee of the Year was awarded $500.
Youth and vocation director Geri Charles was on the judging panel, and said that this year's standards of applications was incredible.
“It was really difficult to pick the winners,” Geri said.

Apprentice of the year
Winner: Taniesha Booth – Second year apprentice Carpenter, Riches Homes & Improvements.
Runners-up: Billy Cummings – 3rd year apprentice plumber, Coulter’s Plumbing.
Administration/Retail
Winner: Olivia Walls - Yarrawonga Automotive.
Runner-up: Jessica Ryan - Yarrawonga Mulwala Tourism.
Trainees Of The Year
Winner: Jemma Riches - Miss Dolly retail
Runner-up: Keely Thorpe - Jess’s Dog Wash
