The Deni District Veteran and Vintage Car Club held its annual Show and Shine, Boot Sale, and Market Stalls on Sunday, drawing a large crowd to the Deniliquin Racecourse.

Club president Val Maher was thrilled with the turnout, with guests from interstate, nearby places like Hay and Moulamein, as well as further afield like Adelaide.

“The day was great,” she said.

“We had 80 cars and bikes, and about 200 people came to have a look.

“It was just wonderful,.”

The event featured a variety of stalls and welcomed visitors from far and wide, including members of the Zephyr Zodiac Club Victoria.

The racecourse was a perfect venue, offering plenty of space for vehicles, stalls, and spectators to spread out and enjoy the day.

“It’s only our second year of this new-look event, and it’s growing really well,” Mrs Maher said.

“The racecourse is just an ideal location, everything can spread out nicely.”
