Two vehicles crashed at a main Shepparton intersection on Thursday, May 2.

The 37-year-old woman driving the grey vehicle and two children who were passengers were taken to Goulburn Valley Health by ambulance after the crash.

An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said a boy was in a stable condition with upper body pain.

The driver and a baby were taken for observation and were both in a stable condition, the spokesperson said.

Sgt McCabe said the 18-year-old driver of the silver vehicle was assessed by ambulance officers at the scene.

Both vehicles were write-offs and were towed from the scene.
