MR PERFECT

A community organisation connecting men across Australia over a relaxed free barbecue. Apex Park, 213 Leichhardt St, Echuca, from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

CAMPASPE VALLEY MINIATURE RAILWAY

Miniature trains run the first Sunday of the month, March to December, from 10am to 3pm. Campaspe Valley Miniature Railway, Rotary Park, on the corner of Crossen St and Campaspe Esplanade, Echuca.

STANHOPE COMMUNITY MARKET

Various stalls selling fruit and vegetables, plants, arts and crafts, books, jams and preserves, garage sale items and a community barbecue. Birdwood Ave, Stanhope, from 8am to 1pm.

EDWARD KOLETY FISHING CHALLENGE

A catch-and-release fishing competition in Deniliquin, raising funds to help re-stock the river with native fish. Everyone is welcome to the community event at Deniliquin Memorial Park on Friday night.

KOONDROOK BARHAM FISHING COMPETITION

Fish the picturesque stretch of the Murray River, from the Barham Lakes Caravan Park to the Little Murray with juniors and adults prizes for the largest cod, golden perch (yellow belly) and carp, plus a coveted champion angler award for the most skilled fisher.

KYABRAM RODEO

Kyabram’s 80th rodeo will be the biggest yet, with bull rides, saddle bronc, bareback, barrel racing and team roping, along with all the usual sideshow attractions at the Kyabram Showgrounds, Allan St, Kyabram, from 4pm.
