A new version of Goulburn-Murray Water’s water ordering system WaterLINE will go live on the G-MW website on Wednesday, November 12.

The new version of WaterLINE will provide a 24/7 service for customers to place their irrigation orders, manage their water use and communicate with G-MW’s water delivery consultants.

It will also include real-time allocation account balance and the ability to input meter readings and monitor outlet capacity online.

G-MW water delivery services general manager Warren Blyth said the new version would run in parallel with the older version of WaterLINE until the end of the irrigation season on May 15, 2026.

“This new version has been tested by a pilot group of customers over the last couple of months,” he said.

“The group has provided valuable feedback to us and helped us develop a new WaterLINE that we’re excited for our customers to start using.

Four drop-in sessions where customers can ask G-MW’s customer relationship co-ordinators any questions about the new WaterLINE will also take place this month.

Attendees are advised to bring their devices along to the sessions.

Customers should also make sure their device supports the new version of WaterLINE and that their software is up-to-date.

More information about the new WaterLINE is available at yoursay.gmwater.com.au/waterline

Customers who have saved the current link to their favourites will automatically be diverted to the WaterLINE webpage from November 12.
