The biggest day of the year for Murray League sides has rolled around, with champions set to rise to grand final glory on Saturday.
Moama Recreation Reserve will once again be the venue for the packed day of football and netball action, with four football and seven netball premierships to be awarded.
Tongala’s influence on the netball court is strong once again with the Blues’ B-grade, C-grade and C-reserve sides looking to defend the premierships they claimed last year.
The football action will kick off at 9am with the under-14s decider, followed by the under-17s at 10.30am, the reserves at 12.10pm, and the main event senior clash between Congupna and Cobram at 2.30pm.
On the netball courts, games begin from 9.30am, with 13-and-under and 17-and-under.
A second block of games begins at 10.45am, as Tongala takes on Congupna in C-grade alongside the 15-and-under decider.
For the fourth straight year, Tongala and Moama will contest the B-grade final, while the Blues will be challenged by Nathalia in C-reserve. Both games are scheduled for noon.
Finally, Rumbalara will look for back-to-back A-grade crowns as it takes on Nathalia in the top-flight decider at 2.05pm.
Fans are reminded that animals are not permitted at the ground during finals.
