Construction has begun at McKnight Park Urana, with Federation Council forecasting the public toilet upgrade to be complete by the end of July.
The $200,000 project replaces the existing facility with brand-new, unisex accessible toilet blocks, which will improve the park's amenities for users.
The project is fully funded by phase four of the Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program.
Federation Council mayor, Cheryl Cook said improving accessibility and public facilities was a key priority, and the new toilet block would make a real difference to people using the park.
