Trains on the Echuca V/Line will run to a partial extreme heat timetable on Wednesday, November 6.
Due to high temperatures, with Echuca forecasted to reach 37°C, train times will change in an effort to improve safety.
When temperatures exceed 36°C, speed restrictions are implemented to reduce the chance of train and track faults.
This means journey times will be longer, as trains will be running slower.

Physical copies are also available at staffed stations. Echuca Station is open from 6.45am to 6pm on Wednesdays.
Passengers are encouraged to travel with bottled water and wear cool clothing. Drinking water will be on board.
Updated public transport information and network status can be accessed at vline.com.au, ptv.vic.gov.au or in the PTV mobile app.
The Bendigo, Swan Hill, Shepparton and Seymour lines will also be impacted.
