The weather smiled on the annual Nathalia Show, contributing to a gate taking that was higher than last year.
Show society president Dylan Morris was pleased with the conditions on Saturday, October 4, and the support by patrons and his organising committee.
“The weather was really good, gate takings were up and we could not have asked for a better day,” Mr Morris said.
He noted strong support for the pavilion exhibitions and strong interest in the Lego competition.
“The cattle section was down a little but it’s a busy time of the year for dairy farmers.”
The event was strongly supported by the town’s schools, which submitted a large number of entries.
“We’ll now have to get on with planning for next year, which will be our 130th.”
