Visitors to the Customs House Gallery will have the chance to explore space in all its meanings through the gallery’s latest exhibition, ‘As Above, So is Below’.
The exhibition’s theme was created by the 16 local artists who contributed works, inspired by all things space-related — outer space, skies, the oceans and more.
The artists have created relevant works in a range of different styles and mediums, including oils, acrylics, pastels and mixed media.
Gallery owner Kate Villaroel said there was an array of artworks on display for visitors to enjoy.
“There is a mixture of different types of works — landscapes with reflection, abstract, floral, some with muted tones and others bold colours (and) some very thought-provoking pieces,” she said.
“As always, it’s fascinating to see what our artists create, and this exhibition is no exception. (It is) definitely worth a visit!”
Artworks can be purchased at the gallery, with a wide price range catering to all buyers.
An official opening is yet to be held; however, the exhibition is now open to visitors and will be running until Sunday, November 30.
