Deniliquin South Public School students have dived head-first into the new school year with the 2025 swimming carnival yesterday.

Despite a bit of a cold snap in the morning, the Deni South primary schoolers were still keen to get into the water.

The four houses of Boonoke, Cornalla, Mundiwa and Warbreccan were in full voice, cheering their house mates to the end of each race, all looking to come out on top.

All the swimmers showed tremendous skill and persistence in their efforts.
