The Old Skool Riders have raised $3,672.45 in last month’s annual Roll the Dice Charity Run.
The money was donated to Yarrawonga’s Friends in Common group, who financially and emotionally support local people affected by cancer.
The three pubs visited on the run each gave the Old Skool Riders a bottle of alcohol towards the raffle draw.
‘Doco’ Smith said the pubs the group travels to each year supported them greatly.
“Every year we try and do different runs in different places, but the pubs we go to now are so supportive that you feel a bit guilty by not going back,” he said.
Doco said to become a member, people don’t necessarily need a Harley.
“You have to have a bike, and we’d like people to be involved for at least three to six months,” he said.
“Everyone wants to be involved because the group is honestly trying to donate money towards an important issue.”
