Jelena Dokic visited Deniliquin last week as part of Mental Health Month, drawing a crowd of over 500 people across two events.

The former tennis champion and bestselling author shared her deeply personal journey through trauma, abuse, and recovery, offering a message of hope and resilience.

Her candid storytelling encouraged open conversations about mental health, self-worth, and the importance of seeking support.

Dokic’s visit left a lasting impact on the community, inspiring many to reflect on their own mental wellbeing and to support others in their healing journeys.
