Police, CFA, SES and Ambulance Victoria are on the scene of an incident involving a vehicle and caravan on the Hume Fwy, southbound, near Violet Town.
It appears a vehicle and the caravan it was towing have rolled on to their side.
Traffic is being slowed to 40km/h and one southbound lane remains open.
