Director voting open

The current MIL board (from left) Noel Graham, Trish Gorman, Gabrielle Coupland, chair Phil Snowden, Geoff McLeod, deputy chair Lachlan Marshall, Leanne Small and Robert Burbury.

Voting has now opened in the Murray Irrigation Limited member director elections.

The company has received four eligible nominations to fill two vacancies.

The two member director vacancies arise from the four-year rotation of these positions, as required by the company's constitution.

Successful candidates will start their term after the 2025 AGM.

Current directors Phillip Snowden, who is chair, and Lachlan Marshall will be re-contesting their seats.

Other nominees are Michael Clark and former director Brendan Barry.

The member director election is being conducted via an electronic voting platform, which opened on Monday and closes at 9am on Monday, September 29.
