Everyone loves a good market — and even more so if it’s for a good cause

And Easter Saturday made it clear Cobram Lions Club holds arguably the best in region.

The Easter market saw Federation Park in Cobram jam-packed with locals and tourists alike buying Easter gifts or otherwise enjoying a social event in the beautiful sunshine.

The Easter Bunny hopped in for a visit, delighting the children with chocolates.

The Lions held their own Easter raffle, with all $412 in proceeds going straight to the Good Friday Appeal.

Cobram Lions president Janet Austin was thrilled about the market’s success.

“We had a huge crowd,” Ms Austin said.

“Everyone was happy and friendly.”

Ms Austin said she would like to thank everyone who supported the event.

The Cobram Lions Club has its next market on Saturday, April 27.
