Edward Public School was transported to the magical world of books for Book Week last week.
Students and staff embraced the theme ‘Reading is Magic’ by dressing up as their favourite book characters for a book character parade on Wednesday.
Students then enjoyed a series of activities which included crafts and a craft show.
A book fair also ran from Tuesday to Thursday with a selection of fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels, and picture books on offer.
In the Book Week reading challenge, students were tasked with getting a photo of themselves reading in an unfamiliar place.
