A teenager armed with a knife has been shot dead by police in Western Australia.
The incident unfolded in the car park of a Bunnings at Willetton in Perth's south overnight.
It is alleged the teen had attacked a member of the public and then rushed at officers, West Australian Premier Roger Cook told reporters on Sunday.
"There are indications he had been radicalised online," Mr Cook said at a press conference.
"But I want to reassure the community at this stage it appears that he acted solely and alone."
