RB Chilli Margarita

Ingredients:

50ml Jose Cuervo Especial Silver Tequila

30ml Cointreau

30ml freshly squeezed lime juice

15ml house-made sugar stock

House-made chilli jam to taste

Chilli-infused sea salt

Ice

Method:

Rim a tumbler glass with lime juice and chilli sea salt.

Add tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, and chilli jam in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

Shake well, strain into your rimed iced-filled glass and garnish with fresh lime slices.

45ml Paraiso Lychee Liquor

30ml St Germain Elderflower

30ml Pink Gin

20ml Lychee Syrup

20ml fresh lime juice

Add the ingredients to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously until well chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with two skewered marinated lychees.
