Here are some delicious recipes to blend up.

Green Detox Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
  • 2.5cm ginger
  • ½ cup water (if using a blender)

Instructions: Blend or juice all ingredients.

Immune Booster Juice

Ingredients:

  • 3 oranges (peeled)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2.5cm turmeric root (or ½ tsp turmeric powder)
  • 2.5cm ginger
  • ½ lemon (peeled)
