Perth have blown a two-goal lead against Central Coast, who kept their A-League Men finals bid alive with a hard-fought 2-2 draw.
The visitors looked poised to pull off an upset away win after Sebastian Despotovski and Adam Taggart netted in the opening 17 minutes at Polytec Stadium on Saturday.
But a sensational free kick by Ali Auglah from outside the box lit the Mariners' fightback, with Bailey Brandtman scoring the equaliser in the 66th minute.
Unable to find the winner despite five minutes of added time, Central Coast at least remain just three points adrift of sixth-placed Macarthur FC ahead of the final three home-and-away games.
A frustrated Glory outfit extend their winless streak to eight games, having last won in January.
Stefan Colakovski could of been the visitors' hero in the 89th minute but Mariners goalkeeper Andrew Redmayne pulled off a remarkable save.
An unmarked Despotovski put Perth on the board in the 14th minute, before Taggart added to their lead three minutes later.
Taggart sent his 24th-minute chance to complete a first-half double onto the crossbar, before the Glory's lead was halved in the 37th when winger Auglah scored.
Perth teenager Giovanni De Abreu - who had set up Taggart's goal - had given away the free kick after fouling Brandtman.
Central Coast should've levelled just before halftime when Sabit Ngor was found unmarked in the box in a one-on-one against goalkeeper Matthew Sutton.
But Ngor couldn't land a clean shot.
The Glory wasted no time trying to rebuild their lead after halftime, with Jaiden Kucharski outworking former Sydney FC teammate Redmayne only to send his 46th-minute shot into the woodwork before Brandtman's goal.
